How it Works
After you order your teeth whitening trays we will send you a self-impression kit. Included in the kit is 2 patented dental impression tray that can work on the upper or lower teeth. You will also receive a 2 set of impression putty, instructions (video instruction online) and a prepaid postage label (domestic orders only). You simply follow the instruction on how to take the impression, fill out the return card, and place the prepaid label on the box boutique. Our lab tech will them make your custom whitening trays and send them back to you with whitening gel, storage case, and instructions. The whole process is overseen by a dentist. There is a 30-day guarantee on all whitening trays. If you experience any issues taking the impression to contact us before shipping the impression back to us.
